I'm entering my first tax return after not being able to transfer from Ultra Tax. On page one, it kept popping up with "you haven't verified your PTIN" but I can not figure out how to do that. Please help so I can get at least one tax return done!
top menu bar TOOLS> Options > Firm/Preparer Info, you'll find a little bitty checkbox next to your PTIN that needs to be checked.
If it’s not next to your PTIN, go to firm info, electronic filing, and scroll down. The box will appear there.
