Proseries keeps asking me to verify my PTIN in preparer info. It is my PTIN. I have retyped it and still get the message. Can anyone help?

Theres a checkbox in the Preparer Information
Tools > Options > Firm Preparer Info > its a little box that says PTIN Verified Correct, Right next to your PTIN, it needs to be checks
There was no check box next to my pin. Called tech. They thought it should be there too. But when they realized it wasn’t had me scroll down on the firm ero page and it was there at the bottom! Very strange, thanks for reply.
