I have Pro Series Basic 50 Returns Plus 2 State Program for 2025.  When I go to print a client file the PPR Charge box keeps popping up.  Not sure what is not filled out correctly to keep saying I am a PPR tax preparer and I am not.  Anyone have any tips with this error message to correct it?

Are you sure youre using Basic and not Professional?  They give you both as available choices when you download from your Intuit Dashboard. Sometimes people download the wrong one.

I see youve got Business chosen at the bottom of your post, if youre filing a Business return, you need to use Professional on a PPR basis.
