I have installed Proseries and sign in. It won't launch. I have tried uninstalling it and re-installing it, and tried a few other things. Windows 11. I have been using Proseries for years.

I posted this two weeks ago.
One of my clients that was in my offce suggested I rename a Chromium Embedded Framework cache (Cefsharp) for protax25 to protax25-old. Restart the computer and let ProSeries recreate this folder. It did. And it worked.
My totally basic understanding is that the Chrome browser doesn’t clear this cache when you empty history, cookies, etc.
For you techies: you have to change to show hidden folders first and then go to: C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Intuit\Common\CefSharpBrowserCaches
