Hi, Yes I did yesterday with both a new comp and new HP laser printer.... It had lost connectivity.  Best to go into your control panel and click on devices and printers.. open up that printer icon and cancel any items waiting to be printing..... once gone.... close it and turn off your printer and close down your computer and do a fresh restart... should solve your issue.  Hope this helps!
