When input data into Box A and/or Box D the numeric values do not populate the Brokerage statement(Form 1099-B) summary statement nor the Form 8949 and Schedule D total section. However the date input into box A and D do populate schedule D.
I checked 2024 Proseries and it does it correctly inputing numeric values to Box A and/or D does populate the Brokerage statement on page 2 and Form 8949 and Schedule D Totals, there table further down on the worksheet.
I checked with Proseries tech support and they dunno???
Cab someone test this scenario and provide me with feedback

Its been mentioned several times in the past couple weeks, that the totals are not including the covered transactions in the total on our summary screen, so it makes it tough for us to tie it back to make sure we got everything on the statement.....I think I tagged a Moderator on a previous post.

I figured I was not the only one with this issue. I completed an incident report with Intuit and forwarded the worksheet in question to them. Hopefully, they will resolve it soon.

@powertax1 Thank you for reporting! We have passed this along to development. We appreciate your patience while they work to resolve this.

The summaries for each 'account' was (until fixed) one the advantages over other software which requires reconciliations in a spreadsheet or something else. Now I have to manually reconcile.
Until then, more time less efficient

Patience is a virtue. It has been 2 weeks since I made Intuit aware of this issue. One week since a moderator passed this along. Wondering what is the time frame to address this problem?

I received an email from "Intuit Customer Success" stating that this issue had been resolved. It has NOT BEEN RESOLVED. They are calling it unexpected behavior; I call it incompetence on their part. I first sent a sanitized file to Intuit on February 4, and the problem still remains unresolved.
