Hi so I called proseries a couple times regarding this and did get some feedback but I want to know how everyone else is handling this. I prepared returns already and am trying to print the signature forms 8879 & NYS , but it doesn't show NYS without a watermark that doesn't go away ("FORM NOT FINAL, DO NOT EFILE) ALSO, considering what it says, i'm hesitant to even E-file. This delays my clients returns from being submitted as it says that forms that aren't final can have calculations not corrected etc... IDK I just want to know how everyone is handling this. The final form dates also changed for a few being extended meaning i need to wait longer. I have tried printing and viewing in different ways to get around at least so I can get their signatures but it isn't working. So is everyone just waiting ?! Please know, the forms arent all the same as I stated the messages Im seeing in the Question box above ^^.
Thanks everyone in advance

Be patient! When forms are available, then it is time to get signatures from clients and E file!!

Not able to print NYS return either. What I don't understand is how NYS returns are being e-filed and accepted by NYS without the forms being final in ProSeries?

Seems like some Preparers are skipping the part where you give the client a copy of the return to review, they sign the efile authorization form, and then efile the return.
The more I know the more I don’t know.

Someone posted this morning that New York is ready to roll with the latest update. But not everybody gets the update at the same time so if you don't have the forms ready this morning they should be ready shortly.
