I set up 2FA with an authenticator app but login is now giving me BOTH the option to use either text message or the authenticator app. I want to remove the text message option entirely as it is not as secure. Thanks!

The only place Ive found that you can set that MFA, is when you log into intuit.com, rather than the ProSeries dashboard.

If you log into Intuit.com and go to Sign in and Security, does it let you choose?

I don't have it set up, my internet connection is too spotty, I can't count on it to arrive each time and Im afraid to get locked out..
