Your wording doesn't make sense.  Where are they not listed.

My "guess" is you're trying to say after export from FAM you cannot see the files to import ito P.S.  If this is the case it just means you have in P.S. a different folder to look in than where FAM actually exported.  Typically its C:\FamWin25\EXPORT.

Thanks for the response and interest!.  After the normal transfer of clients from 2024 to the 2025 FAM, those newly transferred clients do not show in the main FAM "Client Base" window/screen.  I used a similar folder location as in prior years.  The 2025 client files transferred do show up in "windows file explorer".   Since I have never had a problem with annual FAM installation and client transfers (for more than 10 years), I was hoping maybe it was a more common problem with the 2025 program and that there would be a common solution.  Appreciate any suggestions.
