Were they there before you put it in the envelope and mailed it?

Im not familiar with a questionnaire.....maybe you can add some details?

Do you mean the short organizer?   Your post shows youre using Basic, but it doesnt have Organizers.

Does Pro Series Basic not have Organizers?

When I click on the Intuit Link to "Invite or View"; the link opens to all of my client and other clients.  I select client to invite.  Then I select questions to send to client or delete questions and or documents I don't need. 

Then I click the "Send Draft Request" button, which has the selected questions and documents requested from client.  

I check to see that the email address is correct and letter is good.  Then I send the request.

The test client that has received this email received the link to join Intuit and letter.  However, No document request or questions were included in the email to respond to me.  Also, after the client joined the Intuit link on their end, there was no area to answer the 6 questions I selected for the client to answer or what documents they should upload to the Intuit link.
