My client's E-Filed Form 4868 was rejected because someone submitted one with her Social Security Number.  Subsequently a Form 4868 was mailed in.  She needs a confirmation that her Extension Request was submitted and accepted.  How can she obtain the a confirmation in writing, proving that a request for an extension received and accepted?
