By the way, may I enter '100W' in the upper right corner of Form 100, as there is a Sch R 1-7 in the system and a light yellow box in the exact location where I can enter 100W in the blank box?

I believe that 100W is NOT a form PS will generate.
Complete a pdf https://www.ftb.ca.gov/forms/2024/2024-100w.pdf and file according to the instructions for the form.
