When you file a Oregon Corporate Income Tax Return electronically, does the system also file electronically the Form C ( Portland Business License & Multnomah County Business Income Tax) and Form-OR-CAT, if completed?
These forms do not show up on the transmittal letter.

Looks like that is a "no". Sometimes, when in doubt, check out the release date page and it will tell you what is available for e-file.
