You will respond to the letter on the notice.  Also, make sure you are demanding in the letter.  Give a detail of when the original returns were filed, when the money was received and when the money was paid on the amended returns.

I have not received a response to my last letter.  That was at least 2mos ago.

Has anyone been successful getting rid of ERC interest?? 

I've not received any response since my last letter was written.  

Any update? Nothing on my end. What about the state you amended? Did you win that one? Still working on the IRS and VA here

We have just received a letter still demanding penalties and interest to be paid.  We have written another letter and filed form 843 again.  We will see.
