In home base view, ef center, under tax due column it shows $0 due for federal 1040 when there is a balance due for recently finished return. Colleague called me and noticed the same thing. I think this just happened with last update.

I don't ever look at that column in the EF homebase but I did look out of curiosity. I noticed that I have amounts in most of mine that I have worked on at some point, but I did notice I have one that has a refund coming that is blank instead of showing any dollar amounts.,

Ironman, I think that shows refund to be remitted to client. I do not think it shows refund applied to next year.

I just noticed this happening to my returns today. I had a client mailing a check for federal balance due and it is showing zero owed in federal on efile. Called proseries and the man helped me but said it was a glitch. I am hoping the return shows up correctly when sent to IRS. Strange my Kansas is showing up. the proseries man said as long as the return shows the balance due correctly nothing to worry about but it still makes me anxious.

As long as the actual return shows the correct refund or balance due, I don't lose a lot of sleep over what shows up in the EF homebase display.
