Does each property/child/cell get reported separately on Schedule E? Or does the parent company report all activity for multiple rentals? How would Part I be filled out on Schedule E if only the parent company reports the activity?

Looks like In CA they are all treated as individual businesses.

Are any of these disregarded entities?  Whoever put together this multi-tier structure for whatever reason should have an answer to how it's all intended to work.
