Would a taxpayer get rejected with a 8962/1095-A type reject for a dependent listed on the Filing Status under HOH where the dependent is "Qualify Person Is Child But Not Dependent"? Taxpayer says that they themselves (the taxpayer) did not have ACA insurance and that (after he called) the ACA stated they have nothing on him.
