Ive only done this once a year or 2 ago, but I think I remember just using the 0% on the kids return at the bottom of the 1095A, and leave the parents as is, it automatically defaults to 100%, doesn't it?

Thanks Lisa! I thought the IRS wanted the allocations listed individually. Kid at 0 gives a blank 8962 with just a name and 0. Don’t have to reference parents as100%?

Enter one of kid's Social Security Number on the parents' form. It doesn't matter which.
Then you just enter 100% on the parent's return and 0% on the kids.

Thanks Bill! When I enter on the allocation question 0, do I put the kids ssn or the parents on the worksheet? The 0 ends up with an 8862 with all zeros. S that correct?

If you are doing the kid's return, you put the parent's Social Security Number on the sheet, and you enter 0. Yes, Lines 11-23 of the 8962 will show zeros (or be blank).
