IS THERE A DISTRIBUTION CODE FOR RRB-1099 R in ProSeries?
If you marked the box for the RRB-1099, you can use 7 for the code.
I found the answer at the very bottom of the RRB-1099-R. "Us distribution code 7, if you are asked".
