I'm trying to access my ProSeries 2022 tax file that has recently been rolled over from 2021 but it's locked. Not password protected, but locked. How can I access the file? Thanks.
First step at problems - try rebooting your computer.
does it say Locked by another user?
This file is currently locked by another user error opening or saving clients in ProSeries
Couldn't get in the file. Had to delete and transfer the 2021 file again.
