Client repaid $66000. of disability income when he received bulk SSI. Taxes were paid on the disability income and I am looking to do a "Right of Claim". What is the proper way to file so I get the credit against his income?

In 2019, how do I file a claim of right for 3 years paid back (in 2019) to disability insurance company as I received 3 years of SSI, bulk income in 2019?
