I've tried to find something in the training with no success. There is a part that says fix errors but there are none. I'm new with ProSeries and so far love it much better then ProConnect. Went online to the Intuit Host and nothing for this client.
All help is greatly appreciated.

Is this first return you're attempting to e-file or just first return that has had this error message ?
If it's your first - be sure your PTIN Verified box is checked - Tools > Options > Firm/Preparer Info
Check for errors by clicking on the Yellow Triangle with ! on Tool Bar
