If one spouse is deceased, does DocuSign recognize the fact that there is no PIN number on the form 8879 for the deceased spouse and, thus, it does not send a packet to that spouse. Does it send two packets out, one to each spouse, but only the living spouse has to complete the packet. Has anyone had this situation?
