Mine from 2/27 is still hanging out too
@IntuitGabi should we be worried, this is quite some time for it to still say Sent To FinCen.
It doesnt even tell us if its received, just Sent To.

Hi all. Yes, there's been a large number of returns delayed since 2/21/25. It's listed under "BSA - FBAR": on the article: How to check for delayed e-file acknowledgments

@IntuitGabi BSA acknowledgments (for Form 114) are usually available within two to five business days.
How can I get it?

Please provide an update for 114.
Mine is still pending. Please share your phone number here—my client wants to talk to you as soon as possible. He is extremely angry, and you might be able to handle the conversation better than I can.

I havent seen any complaints in other tax groups from people that use other software programs that theirs are delayed, I think Intuit needs to do some investigation.

Sure Proseries does have a problem. My friend uses Drake he said no problem.

I'm not saying PS doesn't have a problem.
I'm saying expecting/asking an Intuit employee to *personally* chat with your client is absolutely ludicrous. I hope you didn't actually offer that as an option to your client.
And if a client were to harass me over something out of my control, said client would be fired on the spot. I would hand back all source docs in my possession and tell him to go find someone that gave a d*mn.

I just had another one in this morning, but I told her Im not going send it in until we get some kind of resolution for the ones that are stuck.
Plenty of time to get it filed since its got an automatic extension.

I've never had a client inquire about the FBAR status, but if so, I'd say 'yes, it was sent to FinCen and you're all set. Have a good year!"

Finally FBAR has been accepted!
Nice!
I just found out what might have been the problem. Apparently, TurboTax just started offering FBAR filing this year. Because other companies have not had this delayed FBAR acceptance, I strongly suspect that Intuit screwed something up with the TurboTax FBAR which in turn screwed it up for ProSeries.
