Hello! I saw another forum where it has step by step instructions on where to find the installment agreement form. when I try to follow the steps, i do not see the installment agreement form. Is there any way to add this form as an option so it can be efiled?  Screenshot 2025-03-05 124542.png

Hello. To complete Form 9465 go to the Federal Information Worksheet, Part IX - Electronic Funds Withdrawal Options, Under Other Direct Debit. Click QuickZoom to open Form 9465.
