Does DocuSign recognize the date of death or the fact thet there is no PIN on the 8879 form and not send an envelope to that deceased spouse? Do you change the email address for both spouses to the living spouse's email address and have her sign both lines? Do you just delete the email address for the deceased spouse so that no envelope can be sent for him/her?
