Hello, I have a CA resident that gave me an OR K-1. Do I need to file a Non-Resident OR State return in addition to their CA state return? HOH AGI 187K

Yes, provided the K-1 income is sufficient to require filing an OR nonresident return. Read the OR instructions.

And I believe that OR gives a credit for double taxed income (ie the tax paid to CA).

Or it goes the other way 😉  I can't remember which state does it which direction...
