I have a client who files in two states and one state needed me to attach a copy of the other. I have attached the return as described in the instructions, but the error message will not clear so that I can file the return. Can anyone help
When you attach a pdf of the other state's return, make sure you have selected "other state return" in the drop down box of the pdf window.
Thanks, I did correct that error from my first try but the error message remains.
