IRS rejected taxpayer's tax return due to parent-dependent having a Health Insurance Marketplace insurance policy with (Spouse). How can I correct the issue? Do I include parent's Form 1095-A? Will the premium tax credits on Form 1095A affect Taxpayer's tax return?

The dependent 1095A will need to be included on the return, and yes, it may potentially affect the client's bottom line.

I agree with Lisa, but the "with spouse" adds some interesting twists to it.
Is the spouse filing separately? Do they not want to file a Joint tax return? Double check that your client paid for over half of the parent's support.
How much will the repayment be? If it is large, there could be options. If the parent-dependent had originally assumed they would not be a dependent, it could be an option to not claim the parent as a dependent. The parent would then file their own tax return (but indicating they CAN be a dependent), but the repayment of the Advance credit could be limited.
