When I click on the Invite Link on the Homebase Client under the Intuit Link column nothing happens. I just spent 1.5 hours with ProSeries Help Desk and was not able to resolve it even after reinstalling product and doing all the updates.
Any ideas on what computer setting could prevent this from opening? I have disabled all firewalls and virus scanning. A screen does pop up if there is no email and gives me that error so I don't think it is pop-up related. I was told I need to go to a local computer support person to figure out why it isn't opening.
Hoping someone else has had this problem and can point me in the right direction.

Thanks for the suggestion but that method doesn't work either. Nothing pops up.
