You need to check the "copy" box on the line above the one you have been using.  That feature I believe was changed with the 2023 program.

if coverage started in March, fill in March then click the copy box on the line for March, that will fill in all months below March.  They made it weird last year.

then youre not following the directions, they changed it for 2023, it doesnt work the same as the years prior.
