I've used Appointy.com for years. Linked it to my website. I input when I'm available and then clients (or I) can schedule their own appointments online. Saves the back and forth of "when are you available".  I believe I pay $299/yr.  It also imports to my phone and my Outlook automatically. It also sends them reminders.
