I received a email stating that my address change was approved after uploading my EFIN application, however, it is not updating on the returns I print. How do I fix this?
What if you click on Tools > License Products
If you go into your firm information, is there a little box to check by your EFIN number saying EFIN verified?
Yes there is and they sent me an email stating it was as well.
I tried that. It still did not update.
I tried it again and it worked this time. Thanks
