My C drive is full, I need to assign the 2024 tax program to D drive, yet the software defaults to the C drive and won't give me an opportunity to change C to D drive

File/Change Directory then browse
edit; sorry i thought you were referring to the data drive.
You may have to call tech support. I think the default on installation is C:

EDIT: I misread...youre installing 2024 and want it on the D drive? I could have sworn it gave an option of where to install it right at the very beginning of the installation process.
If your C drive is that full, you may want to upgrade now before the season starts getting crazy. My C drive got too full also! My D drive had over 800G of space left, but I was stuck, no matter how much I deleted from C it was still too full. I couldnt get anymore Windows updates, my system was close to 8 years old, it was time to upgrade anyhow!
