On old computer the files should have been backed up, maybe to a flash drive.. then on new computer, you can restore them into the program.  In professional both the backup function and the restore function are under the File menu.. File > Client File Maintenance

If backup/restore doesn’t work for you, you can copy from one computer to another (flash drive, through network, etc.) and then update home base. 

To upload your tax files to the 2022 Basic Tax Program on a new computer. Copy tax files from the old computer to a USB or cloud storage. Install the 2022 Basic Tax Program on the new computer. Transfer the files to the new system and restore them via the program. Verify the files are accessible
