The Client Status form I am looking at for an 1120S return says EF Accepted on top and the status date. . not sure if that will suffice

No 9325 for entities, you can print the Intuit Postmark as proof of acceptance.

From the EFCenter, highlight the file you want, hit F12 and choose Intuit Electronic Postmark
