Probably a stupid question but I thought I would ask it anyway:

Does anyone know the likelihood of the above proposed regs. being reproposed or going final before the end of the year?  I know the AICPA and ABA have commented on them and that I can generally 'rely' on them in proposed format but I'm really wondering if they will be modified anytime soon.
