Where'd you get the file? What sort of file is this? Did you try the SSN, not formatted?

Follow these steps to remove a client-level password:
- Open ProSeries.
- Open the client file you would like to remove the password from.
- From the Tools menu, select Add/Change Client Password.
- Delete the *** values from both password fields.
- Click OK.
- From the File menu choose Save Client.
If you ever forget a client-level password, the primary password (or administrator user for Access Rights) can open the return.
