Form OSC in Virginia gives credit for tax paid in NC. Instructions: Go to efile at the top, link to attach the PDF, and then I get stuck in knowing how to name the NC file.

Greta, can you paper file and then attach what is required? I am not sure about Virginia, but I question whether some taxing entities actually look at pdf attachment?
