Ok, I am looking on the income statement and I would like to know where I would enter workers comp. on Schedule C?

I rarely trust a P&L for this, I ask to see the W3/W2s to make sure it matches, too many times I see net payroll as Wages on a P&L

I would request copies of the w3, 941, 940 and twc.  A lot of times if accounts aren't set up correctly you aren't seeing gross wages only.  

line #15 with other insurances.  If you'd like you can list each insurance by name and amount but normally I just enter the totals
