I would just put a zero in line for revenue. done. 

And just be aware that corps that have zero taxable income.....usually have no safe harbor on the quarterly estimates in the following year.

It would be the same as 2022 if there was no activity.

and if a C Corp with sales and assets both under $ 250,000 balance sheet not even required.
