In prior years, income and expenses for oil, gas, and nonferrous metallic minerals were included on Michigan Schedule 1 Lines 6 and 19. Michigan now requires Form 5889 to be used, which is not available in the 2023 software. This is preventing us from e-filing the relevant returns. Can this form be added to the software for 2023 and future years?

With Intuit there is a huge difference between “can it be” and “will it be”. I think it depends on how many users really need it before they start thinking about adding forms.
