DO NOT waste your time or $$$ getting e-signatures for use OUTSIDE the USA. I JUST found out AFTER 4 days of trying to send tax return and 8879s to client in London.. that you cannot use e-signature outside of USA. I do not see ANY disclosure by Prosieries telling me this. WHY ? the very circumstance where in it is useful (client outside of USA) and PS does not disclose it will not work !!??
NOT happy camper about e-signature !

If out of country, or too late in the season, I just upload the e-file auth forms to their client portal. They sign and send it back to me. No need to pay a fee for e-sig and all the hassles of the software.
