1099G form says State Tax ID (TIN) number on top of page. I don't see it. Cam anyone help/

Top of the worksheet, Payers TIN They want the Federal ID input there at the top

Next line says Federal TIN Where do I get this?

Just put the Federal EIN at the top of the worksheet and it will quit hassling you for a number at the bottom.
