You should include the solution so if somebody else runs across this post in the future, they’ve got their answer

I went back to the top of the form and there was an option to switch back.  I just couldn't see it at the time, as I was on a laptop and couldn't see the full screen.  I thought it was something that easy, but I couldn't see it until I scrolled back to the top.
