Form 8962 line 11 column d and E are not calculating and cannot input information manually. What needs to be done?
Be sure you've checked the boxes way down low on the Fed Info worksheet whether they can be claimed as a dependent or not, the 8962 wont calculate without those checked.
Tried that, still won't work
