Rental property you dispose of it through the asset entry worksheets.
Personal residence you use the Home Sale Worksheet
Other real estate you use the 1099B worksheet, just like a stock sale.
Are you aware of the big green button on the top of the page that says Where do I Enter?
it gives a bunch of choices for the 1099S when you type it in there
