Hi, I have a corp that is a Federal S Corp, a NYS C Corp. It is in New York City. How to I get Form NYC 4-S?

Using ProSeries Professional.

I updated to get New York forms S Corps and C Corps; same for NYC but I don't seem to be able to pick a NYC 4-S to add to the Fed and NYS forms.
