Did you follow these instructions:
Not using QB Pro: "Compatible versions are QuickBooks Premier Accountant Desktop, Enterprise Solutions and Accountants Desktop."
And they changed to 64-bit, so you need to follow this, too: "ProSeries 2022 can import from QuickBooks 2022 but it can’t import from QuickBooks 2021 or QuickBooks 2020 until after QuickBooks 2022 is installed. QuickBooks 2022 allows ProSeries to work with 32bit version of QuickBooks."
Of course, ProSeries 2022 doesn't import QB 2020 (2 years is 1 too many), so they aren't really careful in their guidance:
"The import can only be done with a version of QuickBooks that is one year previous, one year later, or the same year as the ProSeries tax return.
For example, ProSeries 2022 can only import from QuickBooks 2021, 2022 and 2023."
