Did you check the boxes on lines 21a and 21b?  The credit wont compute until those are checked.   I just tested a dummy return, seems to work fine.

I am having the same problem and yes I did check 21a&b as yes.  And I updated Proseries today...

I did checked the 21a and 21b, it did came out the credit on line 30, but the credit did not show on line 32 and carry over to the 1040.
